To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of Beth Worton whom I have worked with over the course of several years.

As the Senior Market Director for the American Diabetes Association, one of my major projects is our annual Recognition Dinner. This event raises one million dollars and brings in 400-600 attendees per year. Beth has played an integral role in the designing and printing of our invitations and dinner journals.

Our honorees for this event are CEO’s and presidents of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the country. The layout for the dinner journal—which ranges from 70-120 pages per year—is a massive project and one I would not trust to just anyone. Our sponsors for this journal range from $5,000 to $25,000 per page and accuracy and creativity is of the utmost importance. Beth has proven herself over and over in these areas and I have complete faith and trust in her.

Her design work for not only this dinner event but for Auction events, Golf events and Community programs have been creative and original and each year we have been proud of the materials she has created.

Beth is both professional and accommodating at all times. She works very well under pressure; she’s excellent with my clients and goes over and above to please them. In addition, she has kept me from missing deadlines, brings peace to a hectic situation and strives for perfection. She is a joy to work with.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with Beth in the future on any and all events that I produce. She represents herself and the American Diabetes Association in the best light possible. I highly recommend Beth and have the utmost respect for her work and professionalism.

Sincerely,

Judy Vecchione
